ご利用いただける範囲

当ショップのデジタル素材は、以下の用途でご利用いただけます。

• Webサイト、SNS、動画、広告バナー

• チラシ、ポスター、パンフレット、書籍、冊子

• パッケージ、包装紙、ラベル、DM などのデザイン制作

• プレゼン資料、企画書、展示用ビジュアル

※ 商用・非商用を問わず、デザイン制作目的での使用が可能です。

禁止事項

以下の行為は禁止されています。

• 素材データ自体の再配布・再販売（無償／有償を問わず）

• 加工・未加工を問わず、素材を「素材」として第三者に提供する行為

• ダウンロードデータを共有フォルダ・クラウド・社内素材集として配布する行為

• NFT化・二次配布を目的とした利用
  
  

量産・商品化について

以下のような用途は、通常ライセンスの範囲外となります。

• グッズ・商品としての大量生産

• 販売用商品のメインビジュアルとしての継続使用

• ロゴ・トレードマークへの使用

これらの利用をご希望の場合は、
事前に別途ライセンスについてご相談ください。

法人・大規模利用について

法人案件・代理店案件・長期継続利用・大量露出を想定したご利用については、
内容に応じて個別に対応いたします。

用途が不明確な場合や判断に迷う場合は、
ご購入前・ご利用前にお問い合わせいただくことをおすすめします。

著作権について

本ショップで販売している素材は、
パブリックドメインの浮世絵をもとに、
現代の制作環境向けに再構築・トレース・編集したデジタルデータです。

著作権・編集著作権は放棄しておりません。

免責事項

• 本素材の使用によって生じたトラブル・損害について、当ショップは責任を負いかねます。

Permitted Use

You may use our digital materials for the following purposes:

• Packaging, wrapping paper, labels, and promotional designs

Commercial and non-commercial use is permitted for design purposes.

Prohibited Use

• Providing the materials as design assets to third parties, with or without modification

• Sharing files via cloud storage, internal asset libraries, or similar systems

The following uses are not included in the standard license:

• Mass production of goods or merchandise

• Continuous use as a main visual for commercial products

• Use as logos or trademarks

Corporate & Large-Scale Use

For corporate projects, agency work, long-term usage, or high-volume exposure,
we offer individual consultation depending on the project scope.

Copyright Notice

Our materials are reconstructed digital assets based on public-domain ukiyo-e works,
carefully redrawn and optimized for modern design workflows.

Copyright and derivative rights are retained.
