本ページは、浮世絵素材専門店 KIMASAで販売するデジタル素材の共通ライセンス方針です。
当ショップでは、浮世絵をもとに再構築したベクター素材（AI・EPS・PNG）と、生成AIを活用して制作した高解像度PNG素材を取り扱っています。
クリエイターや店舗、企業の皆さまが、さまざまな商用デザインに活用できるよう、利用条件を定めています。
✅ 利用可能な範囲（商用利用OK）
購入した素材は、商用・非商用を問わず、以下の用途でご利用いただけます。
商品化・量産： Tシャツ、パーカー、ポスター、ステッカー、雑貨、その他販売用グッズへの使用・量産。
店舗・商業デザイン： 看板、暖簾、壁面装飾、メニュー、POP、広告物。
印刷物・パッケージ： 書籍、チラシ、商品ラベル、包装紙、紙袋、ギフトボックス。
デジタルメディア： Webサイト、SNS、YouTube、動画、広告バナー。
加工・編集： 色変更、リサイズ、トリミング、文字入れ、他のデザインとの合成。
クレジット表記： 不要です。利用報告も必要ありません。
販売用商品の制作・量産に、数量制限や追加ライセンス料金はありません。
❌ 禁止事項
以下の行為は禁止しています。
素材データの再販売・再配布： 購入した素材を、単体または素材集・テンプレート等として再販売・配布すること。加工・編集・合成した場合も、実質的に素材データを提供する行為は禁止します。
第三者へのデータ共有： 購入した素材ファイルを第三者へ譲渡・配布・共有すること。ただし、購入者の制作業務に必要な範囲で、印刷会社や制作委託先へデータを提供することは可能です。提供先による別目的での利用・再配布は禁止します。
商標登録： 当ショップの素材を主要な構成要素とするロゴ・デザインを、商標として登録すること。
NFT： 当ショップの素材を利用したNFTの発行・販売（事前に当ショップが許可した場合を除く）。
⚖️ 権利と免責事項
素材について
当ショップの素材は、著作権の保護期間が満了した浮世絵作品などをもとに、ベクターによる描き起こしや生成AIを活用した再構成によって制作しています。
原作品がパブリックドメインであることと、当ショップが販売する素材データの利用条件は別のものです。
当ショップが権利を有する制作・編集部分について、権利を放棄するものではありません。ただし、生成AIを利用した素材の著作権の成立・範囲は、各作品の制作内容や適用法令によって異なります。
免責事項
素材の使用に際しては、利用目的や使用地域に適用される法令、第三者の権利等をご確認ください。
当ショップは、法令上認められる範囲で、素材の利用に伴う損害について責任を負わないものとします。
License & Usage (English)
KIMASA offers editable vector artwork (AI / EPS / PNG) and high-resolution PNG illustrations, including artwork created with the assistance of generative AI.
Our materials are licensed for commercial and personal design projects.
✅ Permitted Use
Merchandise & Mass Production: T-shirts, posters, stickers, apparel, and other products for sale. No production limits or additional license fees.
Business & Store Design: Signage, menus, wall decorations, and promotional materials.
Print & Packaging: Books, labels, wrapping paper, bags, and product packaging.
Digital Media: Websites, social media, YouTube, videos, and advertisements.
Modifications: Recoloring, resizing, cropping, adding text, and combining with other designs.
No Attribution Required: Credit and usage reports are not required.

Trademarks: Do not register trademarks primarily featuring KIMASA materials.
NFTs: NFT creation or sales using our materials require prior permission.

⚖️ Rights & Disclaimer
Our materials are based on historical ukiyo-e artworks and are recreated through vector illustration or AI-assisted production.
The public-domain status of an original artwork is separate from the license conditions of the digital materials sold by KIMASA.
KIMASA does not waive any rights it may hold in its original creative or editorial contributions. Copyright protection for AI-assisted works depends on applicable law and the creative process involved.
Users are responsible for ensuring their intended use complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
To the extent permitted by law, KIMASA is not liable for damages arising from the use of these materials.
